Please enclose:
- Registration with the family members' residents' registration office
- Marriage certificate
- Birth certificate(s) of the child/children

Welcome:

By post, you and your family members will receive: 
- a welcome letter
- a membership certificate for your employer.

You will receive your social security card (proof of insurance number) directly from the pension insurance
institution in approx. two to three weeks.

Note: We need photos for all persons aged 15 and over for your health insurance cards, which will be requested separately.

Insurance card:

You and your family members will receive your health insurance card by post when the insurance commences.
